Located in Dubai Business Bay district, on a relatively small plot, Dubai Tower, a proposed Office and Retail Complex, benefits from the very high permissible height of the area and from the economical strength of the region. Constrained by the very strict Dubai Construction Code, the project proposes a thirty floor office tower seated on a 3 floor base occupied by commercial facilities. The lower levels are finished in stone cladding which for one of the elevations reaches up to 2/3 of the height. On the other elevation an inclined green copper patina cladding creates a focal point from the main road. The top part of the tower is ended in a translucent double curved surface; meanwhile the copper canopy at the top unites the whole complex.
