The Hotel Apartment complex of Mangaf, one of the most prestigious districts in Kuwait, is a luxurious hotel of 221 units and 61 apartments with a general sea view from all components.
The complex is conceived as a twenty-two stores “L” shaped Tower developed over a four level Podium.
The Podium contains a multilevel atrium topped with a glass deck located at the heart of the complex, which through its curved shape offers interesting views and natural light even deep inside the building. There are also various facilities such as a lounge, restaurants, cafes, and retail units. A multipurpose hall and a large double-height banquet hall with separate entrance are aimed at becoming a powerful business center for the whole area.
At the joint of the Podium with the Tower is located a Health Club with gym, saunas, treatment rooms, and a large outdoor swimming pool.
The Tower is split into 2 main functions: the lower part houses the hotel units and the upper part the apartments. Both hospitality functions have their own ground floor entrance lobby and dedicated group of elevators, though they are served from a common service core.
A panoramic view terrace served by a lobby in connection with the hospitality functions group of elevators is proposed for the Tower’s top floor.
